Overview
Our US Delivery Center team is comprised of deeply passionate and experienced professionals who guide clients through their most complex technology and business challenges. We work with clients and help them secure their systems, applications and data, and provide strategic recommendations to help them optimize their businesses’ operations, processes, and performance.
Work you'll do
As a Solution Analyst you’ll get the chance to work on projects that will build on your technology and business skills, support organizations undergoing large-scale transformation, and help our clients achieve a higher level of service and business value. You’ll work with an experienced team to act as a strategic advisor to clients through solution implementation and maintenance. Your responsibilities will be varied but could include:
- Translating business or design objectives to technical requirements
- Using data, analytics assets, statistical methods and technologies to help clients make informed business decisions
- Analyzing and providing recommendations to clients on improvement opportunities by combining client data, subject matter experts, and data analytics tools
- Helping clients transform their HR functions, through HR strategy and cloud technology solutions
- Designing, developing, implementing and maintaining technology applications

Use your strong analytical and critical thinking skills to design, develop and build processes and solutions to help clients address some of their most complex business issues. From research and strategy development to project management and execution, you’ll play a key role in enhancing business performance.
Targeted majors: Business (e.g. finance, org behavior), economics, industrial engineering, project management, operations & supply chain management, liberal arts (e.g. psychology, industrial & labor relations), and other related majors are encouraged to apply.
Use your application knowledge and experience to play a key role to project implantation and helping clients achieve strategic goals through solution delivery. Configure technology applications such as SAP, Oracle, Cloud, Workday, or custom development through our clients.
Targeted majors: Engineering/STEM, information management, information systems, computer science, business (e.g. accounting, finance, economics), and other related majors are encouraged to apply.
Use your technology background and experience to play a key role in the design, development, installation, testing, and maintenance of application software or Robotics Process Automation solutions. From coding entirely new custom software applications to implementing cloud software solutions like Oracle, SAP, Informatica, and more, you will work on projects across the full SDLC.
Targeted majors: Computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, information technology, and other related majors are encouraged to apply.
Those demonstrating a passion for learning and solving technology-related problems can be considered.
Use your experience with analytics and data modeling, warehousing, and visualization to help clients draw actionable business insights. Our data science team works across the end-to-end analytics process, including cleansing and wrangling structured and unstructured data, designing predictive models, extracting insights and findings, visualizing outputs, and communicating outcomes. Or join our analytics team and play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of big data and analytics solutions and help clients visualize and leverage the power of data.

Use your digital and design skills to develop digitally-enabled solutions and media for our clients. Our digital design and innovation team develops intuitive user experience and technical designs, including mobile apps and responsive designs. Or join our multimedia services team and develop digital training and communications including, but not limited to: infographics, animated videos, video editing, training/learning materials design, PowerPoint templates, and logos.
Targeted majors: Emerging media, digital arts & design, digital media, communication design, animated arts, graphic design, and other related majors are encouraged to apply.
Use your writing knowledge and creative approaches to help clients communicate their message to various audiences and help clients achieve their strategic goals through planning and executing communication plans, and by being a trusted advisor.
Targeted majors: English, advertising, communications, journalism, digital marketing, and other related majors are encouraged to apply.
Use training material development and delivery knowledge to support clients in training end users, and help them develop their overall training strategy and achieve their strategic training goals.
Targeted majors: Business, management, human resources, instructional design, education, organizational behavior, psychology, and other related majors are encouraged to apply.
Leverage your keen visual design skills to craft sleek mockups and clickable prototypes. Passionate about usability and accessibility.
Targeted majors: UX/UI design, human-centered design, digital communications, computer science, and other related majors are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in an area of study relevant to hiring profiled(s) of interest.
- Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0).
- All USDC professionals will be expected to co-locate up to 30% of their time. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.
- Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following US Delivery Center locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA, with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must be able to obtain the required level of security clearance for this role.
