The US Delivery Center is comprised of two locations: Orlando, FL and Mechanicsburg, PA. As one delivery center, we support clients across all industries including commercial, federal, and public sector. As a Solution Analyst in the Technology practice of Deloitte Consulting LLP, you’ll work with an experienced team to act as a strategic advisor to clients and assist them in the application, custom development, and management of technology to help enhance their business’ performance. You’ll play a key role in the design, installation, testing and maintenance of application software, and leverage information technology to solve business problems through decision support, analytics, and data warehousing systems. Based on your project requirements, you may be responsible for coding entirely new custom software applications, or you may use ‘off the shelf’ software, requiring you to modify and integrate it into an existing system to meet business needs.

Strategy & Operations Consulting
As a Solution Analyst in the Strategy & operations practice of Deloitte Consulting LLP, you’ll work with an experienced team to act as a strategic advisor to clients and assist them in the application, custom development, and management of technology to help enhance their business’ performance. You’ll play a key role in the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of application software, including robotic process automation. Based on your project requirements, you may be responsible for coding entirely new custom software applications, or you may use ‘off the shelf’ software, requiring you to modify and integrate it into an existing system to meet business needs.
Your tasks may include:
- Innovating solutions to work around system limitations
- Understanding control procedures and disciplines
- Working wtih version control and Jira, or similar ticketing systems
- Problem solving with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error
- Delivering high-quality work and adapting to new challenges, as an individual or as part of a team

As a Solution Analyst in the Human Capital HR Transformation practice of Deloitte Consulting LLP, you will get the chance to work with organizations to align their HR systems and processes with their business strategies. Whether developing a refined method for streamlining new- hire onboarding, benchmarking a client’s workforce planning strategies, or configuring and testing a new cloud based HR system, we help our clients adopt new technology systems to manage their people data.

Deloitte Risk and Financial Advisory Cyber Risk Services
As a Deloitte Risk and Financial Advisory Solution Developer in the Cyber Risk practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP, you will work with clients to help design, implement and support solutions and processes that are designed to enable business growth and manage risks. In this role, you’ll also build on foundations in Information Technology and Business to design, implement and support risk management organizations, processes and systems, and to help clients address the growing challenges cyber threats and other information technology risks.
The mission of Deloitte’s cyber risk managed security services is to deliver higher value offerings that support client transformation to a Secure.Vigilant.Resilient.TM cyber risk.
Our Advisory, Cyber Risk practice capabilities include:
- Strategy and Governance: support governance, compliance and risk management activities as well as conduct periodic risk assessments of systems
- Secure: design, implement, maintain and support identity management, data protection and security areas of enterprise resource planning systems
- Vigilant: monitor, identify and proactively detect security threats to mitigate risk
- Resilient: support for the response to a cyber-attack to stabilize operations and reduce impact
