In this podcast, Mike Kavis and Constellation Research's Andy Thurai discuss how companies can use AIOps to reduce IT complexity and deliver better products. Andy Thurai is Vice President and Principal Analyst at Constellation Research. He is an accomplished IT executive, strategist, advisor, and enterprise architect with more than 25 years of experience in executive, technical, and architectural leadership positions.
