During his more than 20 years of tenure with the firm, Ala’a has had the opportunity to work in various offices covering multiple industries and is currently a member of the Transaction & Integration Services Practice where he focuses on planning for consolidated group transactions, integration and separation, attribute maximization, and in and out-of-court restructurings.
