Alex is a Risk & Financial Advisory principal in Deloitte & Touche LLP's Regulatory & Operations Risk market offering. He provides services to clients around regulatory capital implementation and framework design, stress testing, credit, and operational risk infrastructure, quantitative analysis, and process and controls design. Alex has more than 19 years of advisory and consulting experience and leads the Regulatory, Risk, and Compliance Implementation solution in the US.

Alex has extensive experience designing and implementing end-to-end stress testing infrastructure, including loss and financial forecasting models, internal capital adequacy assessment process (ICAAP) framework and processes, and data infrastructures to support stress testing needs. He has also led a wide variety of Basel and economic capital projects, including program and infrastructure design, bank-wide implementation, business and technology requirements definition, and data and technology transformation to support business and regulatory needs.
