Alex is an Audit & Assurance partner and the leader of Deloitte’s US Investment Banking segment within the Audit & Assurance business, which provides a range of services across Consulting, Tax, Risk Advisory, and Audit. Alex serves numerous significant institutions, including a majority of the global systemically important banks. In this role, Alex co-leads the overall strategic direction of the US Investment Banking segment and supports the organization’s broader go-to-market strategies for the banking and capital markets segment.
Alex has more than 16 years of experience working with some of Deloitte’s largest global banking and capital markets clients. He leads the global sales and trading, and Valuation audits at a G-SIBs while also serving as the lead client service partner for broker-dealers, private equity funds, and fintech clients.
In addition to his role as an Audit & Assurance partner, Alex specializes in leading advisory services tailored to the banking and capital markets segment, specifically related to projects affecting credit, market, and model risk management, as well as internal controls over financial reporting. Alex is a subject-matter resource for valuation measurements, holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, and is a certified public accountant.
