Anthony is a partner in the New York Forensic practice of Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP and has more than 20 years of experience in providing extensive investigation services to companies and law firms, on a wide range of matters, including forensic accounting and fraud investigations matters, litigation and arbitration services, and expert testimony. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the States of New York and New Jersey and has earned the credentials of Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Anthony specializes in the hospitality and leisure sector.
Anthony has led hundreds of forensic accounting and fraud investigations regarding accounting irregularities, misappropriation of assets and corruption/FCPA matters. Responsible for document collections and analyses, forensic interviews, and various forensic investigatory procedures, including analysis of complex financial and accounting transactions and fraud schemes. He has deep expertise in various arbitration matters. The majority of these matters have involved disputes arising under purchase price adjustment provisions of buy/sell agreements where he has served as a neutral third-party arbitrator in making his binding determination on various commercial and operational matters.
Currently, Anthony currently serves as the office leader of Deloitte’s Risk & Financial Advisory Services practices in New York and New Jersey. He is also a board member of A Call to Men, an organization focused on promoting a healthy and respectful manhood and shifting attitudes and behaviors that devalue women, girls and other marginalized groups.
