Anthony is a managing director in the infrastructure & capital projects practice of Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics LLP. He has more than 25 years of experience in design, construction, and project management of capital projects and programs. Anthony’s experience includes construction process assessments, project management oversight, design coordination, construction auditing, and the implementation of project controls as well as master planning and design consulting services. Anthony has a focus on portfolio project management and risk mitigation services, assisting clients with a proactive, risk-based approach to cost and schedule certainty.

Having been involved in planning, design and construction for more than 25 years, Anthony has been able to gain experience and knowledge in multiple facets of the project lifecycle, ranging from initial planning and feasibility, design, coordination and cost estimating to construction administration project activation and use.
