Alfred C. Popken

Alfred, partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP, has more than 25 years of experience working with some of Deloitte's largest clients across the globe. He was a lead engagement partner for numerous multinational clients from varied industries. He also served as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) engagement partner for publicly listed clients in Europe and Asia, and as the lead partner on large multi-country and multi-year advisory projects.

Alfred was appointed to the US Audit executive committee as the US Audit global office leader, responsible for overseeing and supporting the pursuit and execution of large cross-border audits for our most significant clients. He is also serving in several specialist roles in our national office and US audit executive leadership positions in our Financial Accounting & Reporting services business and is the national managing partner of Accounting Advisory services.

Alfred has an MBA from the London School of Business and has an MSc from the University of Amsterdam.
