Barb is a leader in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice who brings 15+ years of HR operations, HR technology implementation and operations and consulting experience to clients. She focuses on helping clients maximize the value of their SAP HCM and SuccessFactors technology through HR operating model, run support optimization and helping clients evolve their technology as business needs and priorities change over time.
