Beth Meagher

US Federal Health Sector Leader
Beth leads the Federal Health Sector in Deloitte’s US Government & Public Services practice. She has more than 20 years of experience serving health care and life sciences clients and has significant experience in strategy, digital transformation, organizational transformation, public–private partnerships, stakeholder and change management, executive leadership, and communication strategies. Beth has worked with numerous nonprofits and sees them as leading from the front by disrupting health care and the life sciences by anticipating trends, aggregating patient data, and using human-centered design principles in all they do.
Prior to her current position, Beth held numerous other leadership roles in Deloitte Consulting, most recently as the lead client services partner for the National Institutes of Health (NIH). She led the Monitor Deloitte Strategy practice through post-acquisition and implemented its successful growth strategy. Beth also founded and led the translational research practice. She spearheaded Deloitte’s Cancer Moonshot efforts and the team’s Cancer XPRIZE initiative.
Beth serves on the board of The Children's Inn at NIH and oversees pro bono work there (e.g., delivering an IT strategic plan, creating a family program evaluation, and developing a customer journey mapping experience).
Beth holds an MA in organizational management, policy studies from The George Washington University and a BA in entrepreneurial studies and communications studies from Muhlenberg College.
