Bryan Barnes

Bryan has more than 22 years of public accounting experience. He is a partner in the M&A Transaction Services group out of the Atlanta office, serving both financial and strategic buyers and sellers. He is the national M&A sector leader for consumer products and has been with Deloitte & Touche LLP since 2002. In his capacity as an M&A partner, Bryan oversees all aspects of engagements and assists clients with due diligence, deal structuring, and review of transaction-related documents. Over the past several years, Bryan has coordinated and lead due diligence engagements from $30M to more than $13B. Previously Bryan was with Arthur Andersen serving as an M&A and audit professional.

Bryan has extensive experience serving domestic and international buyers and sellers with complex transactions in a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, consumer business and services, hospitality, and information technology.

Bryan is a summa cum laude graduate of Miami University (Ohio), and is a licensed CPA in the state of Georgia.
