Chris Hutnick

Chris is a Los Angeles-based M&A partner in Deloitte & Touche LLP's Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures practice with more than 20 years of public accounting experience and more than 15 years of merger and acquisition experience. Chris provides corporate buyers and private equity investors with a spectrum of accounting and business advisory services to support all forms of mergers, acquisitions, investments, financing structures, and disposition activities.

Chris has worked on hundreds of transactions with many of Deloitte’s blue-chip clients and is primarily focused on consumer products and retail & distribution though has served clients in a wide variety of industries including business services, industrials, technology, and media & entertainment. In addition, Chris has extensive experience assisting global clients with in-bound and out-bound investments and coordinating cross-border teams.
