Claire Morrow

Claire is a principal at Deloitte Tax and serves as the US Market leader of Global Employer Services (GES). Claire is responsible for driving performance against growth goals, encouraging a market mindset in our professionals, and ensuring speed to market for offerings and marketplace materials. Claire has more than 20 years of experience in both the United Kingdom and the United States working with a range of clients on a broad spectrum of globally coordinated mobile employee programs, including employee communications strategy, tax compliance, mobility tax consulting, technology, immigration, and global equity.

Prior to her current role, she served as the East Regional Market leader of GES where she drove marketplace strategy and initiatives at the local level, supported Go-To-Market collaboration with Tax and other FSSs, and educated offices about GES offerings. Claire was the creator of the successful GES Market program WinYourClient, focused on client relationship development and supported renewal process. She finds purpose in creating long-lasting, genuine client relationships that help her clients and her teams reach their full potential.
