Conrad M. Sheehan

Conrad is a managing director with Deloitte Consulting LLP and leads the firm's cross industry payments practice which provides a comprehensive set of services to assist clients in all industries with various strategic, technical, and operational challenges associated with managing payments in a changing global landscape. Within his role, Conrad works directly with clients across healthcare, insurance, retail, automotive, hospitality, telecommunications, public sector, and banking on driving efficiencies to enable new payment capabilities and develop new payment-based products and businesses.

Prior to joining Deloitte in 2022, Conrad spent several years in product and business unit leadership roles within the payments industry. He is a graduate of Holy Cross College and holds an MBA and MS in Computer Science from the University of Chicago.
