He has nearly 15 years of technology consulting experience (in Europe and the US) and has acted as a trusted advisor to clients on a wide range of technology strategy and transformation initiatives with a significant focus on cloud financial management strategy and implementation. He helps organizations transform the way they manage, optimize and innovate IT services as they adopt cloud technologies including the process re-engineering and tooling integration clients need to establish and mature cloud financial management best practices. As a practice leader at Deloitte, Dan leads the Cloud Strategy & Transformation talent group. As a cloud strategy practitioner, he advises clients on the ‘what’ and ‘how’ of transforming with the cloud with a focus on FinOps/CFM best practices, acting as their trusted advisor at every stage of the journey. In his free time, he enjoys running, hiking, and playing squash.
