Danielle Feinblum

Danielle is a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP based in Los Angeles, CA, and leads the national Organization Transformation offering within the Human Capital practice. She and her teams work closely with global clients to lead transformational change and culture initiatives, design optimal and adaptable organizational structures, and modernize actuarial operations to ultimately help them achieve and sustain their strategic goals. In her 15 years with Deloitte, Danielle has led 50+ organizations through mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, relocations, workforce transitions, technology implementations, and organizational redesigns. She is a keen believer in culture and engagement as a driver of transformation and helps clients understand how to activate culture to accelerate strategy and capture employee engagement.
