She has worked with many large national and regional health plans, providers and PBMs. Danielle specializes in large-scale transformations specifically leading large scale, multi-year and geographical system and process implementations. She brings significant experience in most areas of business transformation including: Process Transformation, Change Management, Workforce Transformation and Readiness, Operating Model Transformation, Organization and Job Redesign, Customer / User Adoption, Training, Communications and Stakeholder Engagement.  She has worked with various package software solutions such as SFDC and Oracle Cloud.
