Managing Director | Monitor Institute by Deloitte
150 Fayetteville Street Mall
Dana is fascinated by the border between strategy and execution, and how changes in day-to-day behavior can create breakthrough social progress.
Drawing on her twenty years of experience as a strategist, advisor and nonprofit executive, she partners with leadership teams of national foundations and non-profits to improve their performance and maximize their impact. Dana re-joined Monitor Institute as its COO in early 2010 after spending three years at Teach For America, where she led the organization's human assets strategy.
Dana was a Morehead Scholar at The University of North Carolina–Chapel Hill. Today she serves on the university's Kenan Institute Board of Mentors, in addition to serving on the board of DREAMS of Wilmington, a nationally recognized program that uses the arts to create opportunities for at-risk youth. She lives in Wilmington, North Carolina with her daughter, where she can often be found in her garden, on her yoga mat, or in the kitchen trying a new recipe.
