David is managing director in Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital Organization Transformation practice. He has more than 20 years of experience helping clients integrate talent strategies with process, information, and technology to drive business impact. David has advised clients and led global talent strategy engagements encompassing future of work, talent acquisition, HR transformation, performance management, learning transformation, workforce planning, and diversity and inclusion. 

David is recognized for providing business and management advice to senior executives within the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) industry and formally serves as the TMT practice leader for Human Capital.
