Deborah Johnson

Deb is the founding Chief Learning Officer for the Deloitte Technology Academy, part of Deloitte’s Project 120 investment in preparing its professionals for the future of work. She is responsible for driving measurable business impact by designing, aligning, and ensuring execution of technology skills development for Deloitte’s 170,000+ employees across the US, India, and Mexico.

Deb started her Deloitte career consulting with clients on a range of strategy and operations challenges, but her passionate belief in the transformative power of education led her to working in talent, learning, and inclusion-related roles.

She holds dual Bachelor of Art degrees in Economics and Dramatic Literature from New York University and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles Anderson Graduate School of Management.
