Erik Gilberg

Erik is the national managing director of Clients and Industries for Deloitte Consulting LLP. Since joining Deloitte almost 30 years ago, Erik has led engagements in merger integration, talent management strategy, portfolio management, and IT Strategy. Erik also leads the Products and Ventures arm of Deloitte Consulting LLP’s innovation group (DCI). In this role, Erik works to accelerate the commercialization of DCI’s investments. Erik is also the chair of the US-Germany joint venture.
