Es Nash, MD

Esther (“Es”) Nash, MD is a Specialist Executive with Deloitte Consulting LLP. She has 35 years of health care experience including 25 years as a physician executive and medical director in health plan, population health vendor, and provider settings. Dr. Nash’s focus is on health care transformation through enabling organizations to succeed in value-based care. She is known for her passion for outcomes measurement and quality improvement in support of the care team. With the convergence of providers and health plans, Dr. Nash helps organizations put structures and programs in place to improve the health of their populations. Dr. Nash has been a leader in population health design and innovation. Prior to joining Deloitte, Dr. Nash was VP, Clinical Innovation and Strategy at OptumHealth, and VP, Comprehensive Care at Health Advocate. Before joining managed care, she led hospital and physician quality improvement at a community teaching hospital and practiced general internal medicine.
