As a Principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP, Eric has more than 25 years of consulting experience working across Manufacturing clients, including Industrial Products, Engineering & Construction, and Aerospace & Defense sectors. He is also the leader Deloitte’s Field Service practice across industries. His experience and perspectives span aspects of Marketing, Sales, Service, and Field Service focusing across Direct, Distributor and eCommerce channels. He has led efforts for some of our largest, multi-phased and global initiatives, including digital strategy, customer experience, and enabling technologies with agile service delivery.
