Eric Savoy

Eric is the national leader of Deloitte’s M&A Tax Private Equity practice. He has more than 22 years of experience serving Deloitte's largest private equity clients on complex acquisition and disposition transactions. Eric also served in the Corporate Tax Practice of the Washington National Tax Office.

Eric has experience in advising private equity buyers and related portfolio companies on various tax structuring and diligence issues involving domestic and cross-border acquisitions, dispositions, refinancings, and joint ventures. He has also advised on numerous sale and disposition transactions, including tax structuring and value creation involving tax attributes.
