Erin Shannon

Erin is a managing director in the Audit & Assurance practice at Deloitte & Touche LLP. In her role, she is responsible for change management and communications, leading design, development, and deployment activities, and planning and executing change management strategies to drive organizational transformation through adoption of changes in methodology, process, technology, culture, and mindset. She leads the US and global change management and communications teams and works with other senior business leaders across the US and global Deloitte Audit & Assurance networks.

Erin joined Deloitte in 1999 as an external auditor in the Baltimore office. She worked in the Audit and Assurance services to develop and deploy technical audit content and served on significant client accounts. She is passionate and committed to continuing to evolve the Audit & Assurance business to achieve its strategic objectives.
