Geetika Tandon

Geetika is a managing director for Deloitte Consulting’s Core Business Operations market offering, where she leads technology transformation efforts for Government & Public Services clients. Geetika brings over 20 years of industry experience in Cloud, IT modernization and Digital Transformation with a focus in Federal Health and Civilian sector accounts.

Geetika is passionate about helping women grow careers in STEM fields and is a senior member of the IEEE software Technology Group, IEEE Women in Leadership forum and the Society of Women Engineers. She has been a speaker at the White House on STEM for girls and is also the author of IEEE Women in STEM series: Reinventing Myself—Inspiration, Perspiration and Innovation. In addition, she is an avid technology blogger and continues to publish with several well-known industry journals.

Geetika holds a Bachelors in Architecture, from Delhi University, a Masters in Building Science from the University of Southern California and a Masters in Computer Science from the University of California Santa Barbara.
