Georg is a managing director with Deloitte Consulting LLP, and leads Deloitte’s Pricing, Product and Commercial Spend practice. He helps clients develop and implement profitable growth strategies across all sectors, especially the consumer products, manufacturing, distribution, travel & hospitality sectors. He has led engagements where he has designed and implemented a managed services solutions to provide menu-item price recommendations for a major QSR client, led a change management program for a manufacturing client to transition to value-based pricing, implemented a cost-recovery for several major apparel brands, and reengineered the revenue model for a major record label to support streaming services. Georg is a frequent presenter at industry conferences such as the Professional Pricing Society, the National Bureau of Economic Research, and leads an executive program at the University of Chicago. He has published articles on pricing, sales negotiation, and organizational capability building; he is co-author (with Tom Nagle) of the best-selling book on the topic, Strategy & Tactics of Pricing, 6th Edition, Routledge (2018).
