Guy, a partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP, is part of the Cyber & Strategic Risk practice of Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory. His focus is on financial transaction businesses, specifically in the areas of Securitization, M&A, Complex Accounting, Treasury, Valuation, Corporate Finance, and Corporate Restructuring.
Guy has also led the Securitization offering within Deloitte and has direct experience with mortgage-backed products in residential and commercial real estate, a variety of asset products ranging from automobiles to corporate loans, and more esoteric asset classes such as aircraft leases for both global and domestic clients. Guy also serves as the Global Securitization leader of the Americas.
