Federico is the Consulting Leader for Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras and the Dominican Republic. He is also Deloitte’s Global Business Services Leader, coordinating strategic initiatives across all member firms in Deloitte. He has 30+ years of experience providing services to large multinational companies in Latin America. He has been working in the business transformation space for the past 15 years and his experience includes: cost reduction, strategic planning, organizational transformation, design and implementation of shared services centers and feasibility models.
