As the GM for ConvergePROSPERITY, he leads a business that combines cloud-based software solutions with Deloitte’s technology ecosystem to enable financial institutions to deliver on customer’s purpose and expectations by enabling banking and insurance clients to offer exceptional customer experience, expand product offerings, acquire new customers, reduce customer acquisition cost, and deliver strong ROI goals from technology investments. He is committed to delivering a suite of scalable and integrated technology solutions through ConvergePROSPERITY—and shaping the future of financial services by putting consumers at the center of their financial services experience. He is also co-leading the ConvergePROSPERITY BankingSuite solution, helping banks future-proof their business and successfully compete with the nimblest digital banking players, including fintech and challengers.
