Hiral has more than 15 years of experience in the life science, healthcare, insurance, and consumer business industries serving public companies and private growth entities. Hiral has assisted these companies with accounting and finance matters, equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and internal control implementation. Hiral leads the Board Ready Program for Women and is the Deloitte Private Leader and Emerging Growth Company Practice leader for the San Diego office. Hiral enjoys serving on the Boards of Directors of Corporate Directors Forum and YWCA San Diego.
