Janet Harlow

Janet is a Managing Director and the Chief Operating Officer of Deloitte’s U.S. Sustainability, Climate & Equity practice.

In her sustainability role, she helped launch the U.S. practice and drives collaboration and investment across Deloitte around strategy, marketing, commercialization, capability development and assets/solutions.

At Deloitte, Janet has served clients in the telecommunications and high-tech industries across strategy and operations.

She has also held leadership roles at Deloitte across Strategy Development, Competitive Intelligence, and Innovation and been a member of Deloitte’s U.S. Operating Committee.

In addition to working in the U.S., Janet was deployed to Deloitte’s Australian practice where she served multinational clients and started Deloitte Australia’s Innovation program.

She graduated from the University of California at Berkeley and earned her MBA from UCLA.
