Jeffrey Lucy

Jeff is a Risk & Financial Advisory managing director in Deloitte & Touche LLP. Jeff has more than 20 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, organization and process improvement, information systems auditing, and application design and implementation. Currently, Jeff spends much of his time with clients in the aerospace & defense sector, engaging C-level executives on strategies to address their vigilance and resiliency in the face of an increasingly complex and shifting threat and regulatory landscape. These strategies include cyber threat preparedness approaches, supply chain resiliency, enterprise governance programs, and incident response capabilities. Jeff not only helps companies implement governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) technologies, but helps them design governance programs and processes for which the technologies support.
