Jeffrey Powrie

Jeff is a managing director within the Digital Customer practice who has spent more than 20 years delivering complex sales, services, and marketing transformations. Jeff is the founding member of Deloitte’s Salesforce practice in 2007, and has led dozens of Deloitte’s most complex Salesforce implementations delivering global sales and client servicing solutions, customer onboarding, and client portals. Internally, Jeff leads our team of Salesforce architects who keep Deloitte on the cutting edge of Salesforce capabilities—Financial Services Cloud, Lighting UI, Einstein, MuleSoft, organization consolidations, Heroku, DevOps, and other customer development efforts.
