Jenny Harris

Jenny has over twenty years of experience serving some of Deloitte’s most complex financial services clients. She specializes in the banking and investment management sectors and has served many large publicly traded entities as well as various privately held organizations.

Jenny has significant experience in auditing and accounting for consumer and commercial lending and loan servicing, the allowance for loan and lease losses, asset securitizations, investment valuation, mortgage servicing rights, derivatives and hedging transactions, debt and equity transactions, business combinations, the adoption of new accounting standards, and internal control standards and practices.

Jenny is also passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion and the well-being of our professionals. She has served in various leadership roles for the Greater Washington practice to develop strategies to recruit, retain, and advance our diverse professionals. She also served as Audit & Assurance’s inaugural Well-being Leader. Jenny’s authentic leadership and approachable personality have made her a sought-after mentor and coach for many of her colleagues.
