Jeremy Sina

Jeremy consults on a broad range of international tax issues, with a focus on international supply chain planning (including IP migrations), cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and post-acquisition integration planning for both US and non-US based multinational companies.

He is a frequent contributor to Deloitte Tax publications on international tax matters and frequent speaker on Deloitte and other tax webcasts and at events sponsored by Tax Executives Institute.

Jeremy received his bachelor of arts from University of Michigan, juris doctor cum laude from Tulane Law School, and master of laws in taxation from New York University School of Law.
