Jeff is a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP and advises clients in the manufacturing industry in the area of technology enabled business transformation. He has spent the last 30 years working with companies to improve their business performance through operations improvements, business process transformation, technology strategy, and large scale program execution. Jeff is currently leading the customer experience industry offering within manufacturing covering automotive, industrial products, aerospace and defense, and the chemicals and specialty material portfolio. During the last 15 years Jeff led one of our largest Automotive OEM accounts along with key strategic clients within the industrial products portfolio. Jeff is a member of the automotive team rethinking the future of automotive retail. Jeff also led Deloitte’s Global Benchmark Study focused in the area of Service and Parts Management. The initiative produced in-depth benchmarking information in the service and parts businesses for some of the world’s largest manufacturing companies across a range of sectors producing insights on how top-performing service and parts organizations are leapfrogging the competition.
