Jocelyne Miller

Jocelyne is a managing director in Deloitte Tax LLP's Private Wealth practice where she specializes in private foundations and other tax-efficient philanthropic vehicles. Bringing her years of experience as a tax advisor to non-profit organizations and their funders, Jocelyne advises funders, helping them analyze collaboration opportunities in issue areas that they are passionate about, through a tax lens. Jocelyne works with corporate entities, individual funders and their families, private foundations and other grant-making charities to understand their unique perspectives, what impact they want to make, and how involved they’d like to be. She is a member of the Virginia State Bar Association, member of American Bar Association and its Section on Taxation, member of LA County Bar Exempt Organizations Committee. She studied at Suffolk University Law School, JD, summa cum laude, Georgetown Law Center, visiting student, and Tulane University, BA, political science and sociology.
