Jonathan Berger

Jonathan is an Audit & Assurance partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP, based in the Boca Raton office, and serves as the growth leader for the Florida/Puerto Rico marketplace. He has more than 30 years of experience providing audit and advisory services to major national and multinational clients, across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, consumer products, distribution, and telecommunications. Jonathan has significant experience with SEC and capital markets, public and private offerings, and serving private-equity firms and their portfolio investments. Working with multinational public companies has given him strong skills in addressing reporting issues and complex technical accounting matters, as well as in interacting with audit committees. Jonathan has a BS in Accounting from Binghamton University.
