Julie Duda

Julie Duda is a Vice President with Deloitte Consulting LLP, with a career of more than 20 years in the human resources field. After several years in corporate talent management, Julie transitioned to become an advisor to human capital leaders, leveraging research-based insights combined with perspectives gained from working with clients across various industries to craft narratives to support better decision-making. Today, Julie leads research and sensing efforts related to topics like Total Rewards, Performance Management, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, and Workforce Experience. Julie brings together the research we conduct and her experience working with clients over the years to develop on-the-pulse insights that lead to material outcomes. Julie is an author of Deloitte’s annual Global Human Capital Trends study and lead researcher on Deloitte’s High-Impact Total Rewards study.
