Kevin Gauthier

Kevin is an Audit & Assurance partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP, based in the Boston office, leading growth in the Life Sciences and Health Care and Technology, Media and Telecommunications industries. He has more than 20 years of experience and currently leads Boston’s Emerging Growth Company practice to provide audit, tax and accounting advisory services to high-potential companies from startup and beyond the IPO process. He has experience serving numerous companies through major corporate life events including commercialization, IPO and acquisition. Kevin served in the Deloitte’s mergers and acquisition practice providing financial diligence and deal structuring support to private equity firms. He is a member of the AICPA and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
