Katie Pavlovsky is a principal and former leader of the Energy, Resources & Industrials practice for Deloitte Advisory. She has nearly 30 years of experience serving public and private enterprises in the oil and gas, chemicals, mining, metals, power & utilities, industrial products, and engineering & construction sectors.
Katie often works with board of director members and C-Suite management on critical governance strategies. Recently, she has worked with clients on transformation efforts, including helping them assess risks to corporate and functional strategies. Additionally, she has been evaluating and making recommendations on business continuity and crisis management programs.
She was named the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce’s 2020 Breakthrough Woman and as Hart Energy’s 25 Most Influential Women in Energy in 2021.
Katie has an Economics degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from the Jesse H. Jones School at Rice University.
