Kristi is a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Strategy and Operations and Retail & Consumer Products practice. Kristi focuses on helping companies grow and enhance market share by optimizing their trade promotions, developing winning sales and account plans, and aligning the planning and execution processes across marketing, sales, and finance. Kristi works closely with leading consumer products companies to help them address their most challenging issues in the areas of route to market, operating model, trade strategy, integrated commercial planning, trade promotion management process design and system implementation, and the integration of sales promotion plans into the supply chain through the demand synchronization process.
Kristi earned her Master of Business Adminstration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with high honors, and her undergraduate degree in business from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
