Laureen O'Brien

Laureen is a partner with more than 25 years of experience and is focused on serving clients in the life sciences and health care industry. Laureen has advised leading life sciences companies on large transformative transactions.

Laureen advises and assists clients across all finance aspects of transitions, complex accounting and reporting issues, legal entity separation, finance process separation and stand up, project management, TSA execution, and post-separation operations. Laureen works closely with clients on the integration and separation of businesses, including assisting finance teams with cross-functional coordination, providing advice to management throughout the process, and assisting management with specific activities related to transaction financing.

Laureen’s extensive international experience includes a 10-year period in London leading a team dedicated to assisting companies in listing equity or debt securities in the US or UK. Laureen has assisted clients all over the world, including throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Japan.
