Lindsay is an Audit & Assurance partner for Deloitte & Touche LLP with a focus on the Automotive Industry. She serves the large public and private multinational clients based in the United States and abroad. Lindsay is also the co-leader of the Governance, Risk and Controls market offering within our Accounting Advisory & Transformation Services practice.
Lindsay has deep experience with US GAAP and IFRS technical accounting matters and is experienced in the accounting and reporting requirements for complex transactions including revenue recognition, business combinations, goodwill impairment, warranty, pension and OPEB, income taxes, carve-out, spin-off transactions, bankruptcy accounting, initial public offerings, and SOX readiness. She also had a three-year international assignment in Italy focused on foreign private issuers with IFRS to US GAAP reconciliations.
