Lisa D'Angelo

Lisa is an Audit & Assurance partner with Deloitte, based in the New York office. With more than 15 years of experience, her work focuses on both public and private companies in the Technology, Media and Entertainment sector. She serves as the Lead Partner on several of Deloitte’s largest media clients. She also works with companies in the emerging growth and venture capital backed space and those companies preparing for IPO.

She helps lead the accounting advisory business in greater tri-state with extensive experience assisting companies in various stages with IPO and SOX readiness, governance and risk assessment, complex accounting, implementation of new accounting standards, acquisition accounting and debt offerings; and providing advice on finance transformation and SEC reporting. Lisa serves as an engagement quality control reviewer on large public media companies as well as companies in various industries preparing to file initial registration statements with the SEC.
