Lisa D'Angelo

Lisa is a partner and tri-state area growth leader, where she advances strategic growth initiatives across the Accounting & Reporting Advisory practice within the Audit & Assurance business. With more than 20 years of experience, she specializes in providing audit and advisory services to both public and private companies in the media, entertainment, and technology sectors.

Lisa serves as the lead client service partner for some of Deloitte’s largest media clients, particularly those in the emerging growth and venture capital-backed spaces. She is also the engagement quality control reviewer for clients in various industries preparing for SEC registration, with notable specialization in complex accounting matters and revenue recognition.

In her leadership role, Lisa guides the Accounting & Reporting Advisory practice in the greater tri-state area, concentrating on governance, risk, and controls within the media and technology sectors. Her extensive experience spans from assisting companies with internal controls and complex accounting to supporting IPOs and debt offerings.
