Lory Farrington

Lory is a partner in the Mergers, Acquisitions, and Restructuring practice, focused exclusively in the Life Sciences and Health Care industry. She has more than 15 years of public accounting experience at Deloitte and has been a dedicated M&A professional for more than 10 years. 

Lory has specific experience in advising financial and strategic buyers and sellers on many aspects of acquisitions and divestitures. She has served clients in a wide range of sectors within the life sciences and health care industries including for-profit and not-for-profit acute care hospitals, home health, hospice care, skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, physician practices, physical therapy, urgent care networks, behavioral health, PBMs, and specialty pharmacies.

Lory is based in the Charlotte, NC office and is a Certified Public Accountant.
