Lou Romeo

Lou is a partner in Deloitte & Touche LLP’s Audit & Assurance practice. Lou has more than 20 years of experience in financial services that encompasses domestic and international banks, broker-dealers, payment processing companies, fintech, and asset securitization. He has experience with IPOs, SPAC's, Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 readiness, FDICIA, SEC reporting, credit review, taxes, valuation, and review of financial products. He leads Deloitte’s US banking audit practice, which includes responsibility for market strategy, eminence activities, and human resources management and development.
