Mark is a senior partner in Deloitte Tax LLP with more than 35 years of public accounting experience serving US-based, multinational companies across several industries. Mark has held leadership positions in Deloitte’s Finance Transformation and Tax Management Consulting practices where he helped develop Deloitte’s approach and methodologies for tax transformation services and market offerings. Mark’s experience includes tax design and integration for global SAP implementations, business process re-engineering, tax data management, and analytics. Mark’s been involved in large tax transformation projects over the years that delivered a series of technology solutions for both direct and indirect tax which significantly improved the tax department’s performance and operating results.
In addition to his tax management consulting experience, Mark’s tax technical knowledge includes income tax planning and compliance, financial accounting for income taxes, mergers and acquisitions, and international tax.
