Meghan Cole

Meghan is a manager based out of Deloitte’s Boston office where she specializes in customer strategy and experience across multiple industries including Retail & Consumer Products, Technology, and Financial Services. Her work spans across experience design, product management, and digital transformation in order to drive value for her clients. She is passionate about helping clients identify areas for process improvement and cost savings while simultaneously keeping the digital customer experience top of mind. Meghan also brings a unique, human-centered perspective to her engagements given her prior experiences in Human Capital Consulting at Deloitte.
